  2. Entering into the Agreement
    1. The text of the Agreement, permanently available online at https://zombiecase.vip/agreement and accessible during registration (authorization) on the Site, contains all material terms of the Agreement and constitutes the Owner's offer to enter into the Agreement, on the terms stated herein, with any fully legally capable third party using the Site. The text of the Agreement constitutes a public offer.
    2. Proper acceptance of this offer consists of the third party taking the following actions in sequence:
      1. reviewing the terms of the Agreement;
      2. placing a mark in the designated field beneath the heading “I accept the terms of the User Agreement”;
      3. authorizing on the Site by following the “Authorize through Steam” link and signing in through an existing Steam account in the window that opens, or by creating a new Steam account.
  3. Subject Matter of the Agreement
    1. The Owner grants the User:
      1. a royalty-free, simple (non-exclusive) license to use the Site and its software for their intended purpose, as provided by the express user-facing functions of the Site and the Personal Account;
      2. a paid, simple (non-exclusive) license to use a Case for its intended purpose, with the license fee for each particular Case specified on the Site.
    2. The license specified in clause 3.1.1 of the Agreement is granted to the User for the period during which, and within the territory where, the Site and the Personal Account remain available to the User.
    3. The license specified in clause 3.1.2 of the Agreement is granted to the User within the territory where the Case remains available to the User, for the period beginning when the User pays the fee for use of the relevant Case and ending when the Inventory is determined through that Case.
    4. The User is prohibited from:
      1. circumventing technical restrictions implemented on the Site or in a Case;
      2. examining the underlying technology, decompiling, or disassembling the Site, any Case, or the Personal Account;

      1. review the contents and characteristics of the Inventory selected through a particular Case and the license fee for use of that Case;
      2. acquire a license to use a Case and receive the corresponding Inventory in accordance with the Agreement.
    2. Through a Case, the User may receive one of the Inventory items displayed on the page containing that Case. The Inventory to be received by the User is determined automatically through use of the Case.
    3. Through the Personal Account, the User may:
      1. accept the Inventory into the User's Steam account;
      2. through action or inaction within one month after receiving the Inventory through use of a Case, transfer the Inventory in exchange for the number of bonus points specified in its description in the Personal Account, which entitle the User to a discount when paying the license fee for Cases.
  5. Acceptance and Transfer of Inventory
    1. From the time the Inventory is received through use of a Case and displayed in the Personal Account, the User has one month to accept the Inventory into the User's Steam account or transfer the Inventory through the Personal Account.

    3. To accept Inventory into a Steam account, subject to compliance with clause 5.2 of the Agreement, the User follows the “COLLECT” link displayed directly in the description of that Inventory in the Personal Account.
    4. The User may transfer Inventory that has been received but not yet accepted into a Steam account in exchange for the number of bonus points specified in the Inventory description in the Personal Account. Those bonus points entitle the User to a discount when paying license fees for Cases, and one bonus point entitles the User to a discount of one ruble solely for those purposes (payment of a license fee). The Parties agree that such bonus points are not money and are not refundable or exchangeable.
    5. To transfer Inventory, the User follows the corresponding link displayed directly with the description of that Inventory in the Personal Account within one month after receiving it. If the User takes no action within one month after receiving Inventory that has not yet been accepted into a Steam account, the User is deemed to have transferred that Inventory.
    6. When Inventory is transferred, the bonus points received by the User are displayed in the Personal Account.
    7. Prohibition on canceling a trade after acceptance through Steam.
      1. After clicking “RECEIVE” and accepting the Inventory into a Steam account, the trade may not be canceled.
      2. All cancellation requests are reviewed individually by support.
      3. In exceptional circumstances, support may, on one occasion, refund the User up to 50% of the item's value.
    8. Repeated cancellations and protection against abuse.
      1. Repeated requests to cancel a trade after acceptance will not be reviewed or compensated.
      2. Attempts to abuse the cancellation policy systematically or intentionally, including money laundering or multi-accounting, will result in account blocking and cancellation of all compensation.
  6. Owner's Remuneration
    1. For the right to use a Case granted by the Owner, the User shall pay the license fee specified on the Site and on the corresponding Case page.
    2. The license fee specified in clause 6.1 of the Agreement is paid by the User from funds transferred in advance to the Owner through the payment service identified to the User at the time of payment. The amount of funds transferred in advance is displayed in the Personal Account.
    3. The User transfers funds to the Owner in payment of the license fee specified in clause 6.1 of the Agreement by the method, in the manner, and under the rules stated on the relevant page of the Site, subject to the particular terms and requirements established by the payment service engaged by the Owner to process payments.
    4. The license fee specified in clause 6.1 of the Agreement is deemed paid when the funds previously transferred to the Owner are debited, of which the User is notified by the corresponding change in the Personal Account balance.
    5. Payment of the license fee specified in clause 6.1 of the Agreement in the manner provided by this section is subject to clause 5.6 of the Agreement.
  7. Personal Data
    1. The User consents to the Owner's processing of information, including the User's personal data provided when using the Site, namely the data specified in the User's Steam account.
    2. Processing of personal data means recording, organizing, accumulating, storing, correcting (updating or amending), retrieving, using, transferring (distributing, providing, or granting access), including cross-border transfer, anonymizing, blocking, deleting, and destroying personal data that does not belong to special categories.

    4. The User may withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending the Owner a corresponding written notice by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the address specified in clause 1.1 of the Agreement. The User understands that such withdrawal terminates the Agreement. The Owner may continue processing the User's personal data where permitted by law.
    5. Additional or alternative provisions governing the processing of personal data may be set out in a relevant document published or to be published on the Site. If the provisions of such a document conflict with this section, the provisions of that document shall apply.
    6. The User consents to receiving advertising materials from the Owner, its affiliates, or other persons acting on the Owner's instructions at the email address provided by the User when registering the Steam account. The User may withdraw consent to receive advertising materials at any time by sending the Owner a corresponding written notice to the address specified in clause 1.1 of the Agreement or by taking the actions specified in the messages (emails) containing such materials.
    7. We ensure the security of bank-card payments. The processing center complies with the international PCI DSS requirements for secure processing of the payer's bank-card details.
  8. Limitation of Liability

The Owner is not liable for losses caused to the User by disclosure to third parties of credentials required to access the Personal Account where such disclosure was not the Owner's fault.
    2. The Owner is not the rights holder of the Inventory items and does not determine the rules governing the use or operation of the Inventory. With respect to the Inventory, the User shall be governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement, available as of the date of this revision of the Agreement at http://store.steampowered.com/subscriber_agreement/russian/.
    3. The Owner does not provide software required to use the Inventory for its intended purpose on the User's device. The User shall independently acquire and/or install such software on the User's device.
    4. The Site and its software, including the Personal Account and Cases, are provided “as is.” The User bears the risk of using the Site. The Owner, wired and wireless communications providers whose networks are used to provide access to the Site, and the Owner's affiliates, suppliers, and agents provide no warranties of any kind regarding the Site.
    5. The Owner does not warrant that the Site, Cases, or Personal Account will meet the User's requirements or that access to the Site, Cases, and Personal Account will be continuous, prompt, reliable, or error-free.
    6. Software or hardware failures on either the Owner's or the User's side that prevent the User from accessing the Site and/or a Case and/or the Personal Account constitute force majeure and release the Owner from liability for failure to perform its obligations under the Agreement.
    7. The Owner may assign rights and transfer debts under any obligations arising from the Agreement. The User hereby consents to the assignment of rights and transfer of debt to any third party. The Owner shall notify the User of any assignment of rights and/or transfer of debt by publishing the relevant information on the Site.
    8. Unless otherwise provided by the Agreement, if the User breaches the Agreement, the Owner may unilaterally withdraw from the Agreement and terminate the User's access to the Personal Account. If such breach causes damage to third parties, the User bears sole responsibility for that damage.

The Parties shall endeavor to resolve through negotiation all disputes, disagreements, and claims that may arise in connection with the performance, termination, or invalidation of the Agreement. A Party having a claim and/or disagreement shall send the other Party a notice describing the claim and/or disagreement in accordance with clause 9.1 of the Agreement.
    2. If the Party that sent the notice does not receive a response within 30 (thirty) business days after the notice was sent, or if the Parties fail to reach agreement regarding the claim and/or disagreement, the dispute shall be resolved in court at the Owner's place of establishment.

The Parties confirm that all notices, messages, agreements, and documents relating to performance of their obligations under the Agreement that are signed using equivalents of the Parties' handwritten signatures have legal effect and are binding on the Parties. Authorized email addresses and Personal Account credentials constitute equivalents of handwritten signatures.
    2. The Parties acknowledge that all notices, messages, agreements, documents, and letters sent using authorized email addresses and the Personal Account are deemed sent and signed by the Parties unless such correspondence expressly states otherwise.
    3. The following are recognized as the Parties' authorized email addresses:
      1. for the Owner: zombiecase@outlook.com
      2. for the User: the email address specified when registering the Steam account.
    4. The Parties shall maintain the confidentiality of the data and information required to access authorized email addresses and the Personal Account and shall prevent disclosure or transfer of such information to third parties. Each Party shall independently determine how access to such information is restricted.
    5. Until a Party receives notice from the other Party that confidentiality has been compromised, all actions taken and documents created or sent using the other Party's authorized email address are deemed to have been taken, created, or sent by that other Party, even if they were in fact taken, created, or sent by another person. The resulting rights, obligations, and liability shall accrue to that other Party.
    6. Until the Owner receives notice from the User that confidentiality has been compromised, all actions taken and documents created or sent through the Personal Account are deemed to have been taken, created, or sent by the User, even if they were in fact taken, created, or sent by another person. The resulting rights, obligations, and liability shall accrue to the User.
  12. Amendments to the Agreement
    1. The Owner may unilaterally amend the Agreement, and such amendments take effect when a new version of the Agreement is published online at https://zombiecase.vip/agreement.
    2. Continued use of the Site's functions constitutes the User's acceptance of the new version of the Agreement. If the User does not accept the new version of the Agreement, the User must cease using the Site.

      1. using Errors to obtain any benefit, including virtual and/or real assets, skins, loyalty points, or similar benefits;
      2. transferring or disclosing information about Errors to third parties where the purpose is to obtain a benefit or cause harm to the Service and/or other Users.
    3. Right to make corrections. If exploitation of an Error is identified, the Administration may, without prior notice:
      1. correct, cancel, or revoke funds, items, skins, and/or other virtual assets credited as a result of exploiting an Error;
      2. delete any transactions completed through exploitation of an Error;
